The seven days of private guide service and instruction are designed to bring your kitesurfing skills to the next level. We will utilize the currents of the river to kitesurf away from the crowds and explore The Gorge. We will surf and jump the swells and search out the best winds. This week is about kitesurfing the high winds of The Gorge safely, so having an experienced local guide and the right equipment may be as important as instruction. Instruction can focus on going upwind in all conditions, increased kite and board control, dealing with gusty winds, strengthening your stance, jibing, transitions and jumping. Seven Flights Equipment: Four-line kites, directional and twin-tip boards. Each day will start with an in-depth discussion of different aspects of kitesurfing. These conversations will give you a firm grip on what you are trying to accomplish each day and clarify any questions from previous days. My goal is to help you to have more fun kitesurfing.
