Gorge Wind Guide Service is dedicated to helping you have the best windsurfing vacation of your life.

I will pick you up at your lodging in our custom surf Suburban so that you won't need a car.
(you can leave the car with the non-sailors.)

I will use 10 years of gorge sailing experience (over 1,000 days) and up to the minute weather info to pick the best sailing location out of the dozens of launch sites spread along 70 miles of river. This will get you on the water at a fun and challenging spot without wasting your precious vacation learning about the gorge weather conditions by trial and error.

If you choose to rent my demo equipment, I will rig the correct size sail and put you on a high quality short board designed for the conditions of the gorge. When the wind strength changes, I will rig the next size sail and attach it to your board fast.
This balanced rig, (Northwave sail, carbon mast and booms combined with an AHD sailboard with a top quality fin in good condition) provides significantly more control, power, and fun. I will sail with you offering advanced instruction and ensuring a pleasurable and safe session. Our full-day trips include lunch.
